If you don't mind modding tires with your favorite tread design, you could always try the cut and shut? Crawler Innovations specialized in that along with performance tire foams, you could always PM them and get a price quote if you need 6" and bigger.

RC4WD Mickey Thompson Baja Claw TTC Radial tires are pretty big too (5.84). To big for my ax10-2, looks like a darn MT. |

The Mickey Thompson Radial baja claws are the biggest tire I've seen. They are a little taller than the TTC's and the Pitbull RBII's. The tractor mud tires very well may be bigger, haven't seen them yet.
