Pro-line epic 2.2 beadlocks I came across these on Ebay and was wondering if anyone has run them on a wraith. Will they fit as far as offset? I'm brushed so I dont have to worry about insane speeds blowing the beads out. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pro-Line-270...item5b01591743 What are everyone's thoughts on these???? |
Re: Pro-line epic 2.2 beadlocks Can't speak specifically for Pro-Line's crawler beadlocks, but their short course beadlocks hold up well to the "insane speeds" of my short course trucks running soft and super soft tires. Tires are holding on just fine so far. That being said, those wheels in the link you provided are 2wd Slash wheels and as such are two different off-sets. One pair of front (#2704-02) and the one pair of rear (#2705-02) for the Slash. |
Re: Pro-line epic 2.2 beadlocks Also if they're for a Slash there a 2.2/3.0 wheel not a 2.2. Unless you want to start cutting the rear bead out of tyres your limited to SCT tyres & they're all pretty short, around 4.35", most 1.9 tyres a taller than that. |

Re: Pro-line epic 2.2 beadlocks I knew they were 2.2/2.2 and not a typical short course wheel. Thanks Eric0424 for all the info. I didn't take into account the hexes being different. I've never owned a slash so I wasn't aware there are different 12mm hex designs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I was thinking of the more current Proline SCT beadlocks. |

Re: Pro-line epic 2.2 beadlocks I remember these wheels. They came out when I bought my slash and proline made one style of tire for them, the Switch. |
