they aren't bad. Only complaint I have is the leaking and size. I changed to the vaterra ascender aluminum shocks and they are doing well for me.

Yeah i've heard some people saying they leaked too, gonna be extra careful when putting them together.

Did you have any issues putting them together? Heard its easy to cross-thread.

Is there a way to prevent the leaking? Also, what do you not like about the size?

Too big of a shock body. No way to stop it that I know of.

They don't all leak, most of the time it won't.

Get some associated green slime and use it when assembling them.

I like mine but after almost a year they leak pretty bad. I've done nothing to fix them and haven't bothered to rebuild them in a while so they are like half full of oil. Next time I rebuild them I'll use green slime on them. I put dual rate springs and collars on them which work pretty well. It's the same parts from proline power stroke shocks if you were wondering.

Is there any alternative to green slime? Like something I can buy at a auto parts store, or do you think a LHS will have green slime?

Also just orderd my Aluminum CHubs/Lock-Outs/Knuckles/Servo Mount/Rear Mount/Shock Mounts/Tranmission case/Spur Gear Cover/Back Lower Links All Gunmetal and green

Which G Mades are we talking about? I have the G-Transition shocks and to stop the leaking (leaking from the cap) I placed a dab of liquid electrical tape to the threads before screwing them on, screw them in while it was still wet, allow to dry (overnight) and no leaks now. I tried plumbers pipe threading tape but that didn't work.

I just got my XD piggyback 103mm.. as far as the liquid electrical tape goes, do you have issues with getting the cap back off?

I haven't tried yet. I don't think it will be much of an issue as liquid tape really isn't a glue and I didn't use that much.
