It sounds normal, were you talking about the buzzing at rest? That's just the servo trying to center itself. If you pick the front end up it should stop as long as you don't have anything binding.

That sounds normal to me. Digital servos always want to find center. My hitec 7954 that Ive had for 3 years makes the same noises.

I just installed my new 7954 and it does the same thing. I was kinda figuring that's what it was. With such high resolution, it makes sense that it's always trying to find perfect center. Gotta say, I love the new servo.

OP, why do you have hose clamps on your hubs?

My screws were stripped so they come out and was told that will solve the problem and that it will hold them in place no problem

" Beef Tubes " are a cleaner/better fix for that !

Definitely recommend beef tubes. I used them to strengthen the axle and add weight. Forgot that they would be the perfect fix for stripped stock plastic tubes.

Maybe it's the sound of that bolt ripping out of the tie rod? Never understood the reasoning for blindly duplicating a poorly designed plastic part in aluminum.

Yes that is normal. My 7950 is louder then that.
