|  New electronics !!!
Put in new esc and gears today in my spawn . Holmes hobbie br-xl esc ,torquemaster expert 13 t , cc bec . it already had 32 pitch 56 t spur so I just dropped the pinion to 10 t. What a difference it made changing these items out, much more control , it feels like a new rig and the Holmes hold is amazing. Tomorrow I will run it longer to see how the motor temp is with the gearing .

Great choices. I ran that exact same setup, gearing too, in my Wraith and liked it so much that when I went brushless in the Wraith, I had to buy an SCX10 to put the Holmes goodies into. Now I have a go fast basher/trail Dynamo and a dedicated crawler. My brushless motor is also a Holmes motor and needless to say, I'm their biggest fan now.
