scx10 deadbolt body on wraith
 

Hey all, I see in the pictures thread a few wraiths running what looks like the scx10 deadbolt body. What was involved with this swap? I'd love to hear what all it took and see some more in depth pictures.

i only had to trim the interior peice out to get mine to fit oh and the front fenders might need some trimming depending on what size tyres your running nearly forgot about the front bumper peice it needs two slots cut in to it to get it low enough from the front to fit over the bumper slats

Maslin's guide to putting any body you want on a Wraith;

Buy a body, preferably 1:10 scale.

Cut up body. Ream holes for screws.

Paint body. Or buy pre-painted to save 1 step.

I dare say it was made for the wraith! Just like the G6 body (G6 Jeep is same as PS Wraith body)

The dimensions of the body fit the cage perfectly. I saved the interior for mine. I just had to do some careful trimming at the dash and sides of the interior to allow for installation through the cage. I also did a hinged hood to allow for front battery placement.
