Spawn dig question
 

I picked up a spawn 2 weeks ago an was curious if the tactics 3 channel radio that comes with it would work with the dig function? Anyone ever try this?

Two channel radio. So no.

Should work no problem, you only need a 2 position 3rd channel. The specs say it can do that so you just need another servo (and all of the dig parts obviously).

The new spawns come with a better radio not the 2 channel. It says it's a 3 channel tactics. An thanks svt923

I was pretty excited when I read that. I've been looking at a spawn. But when I looked this up I found. It is the exact same radio and receiver that Axial offers. 3 CH RECEIVER like them all. It has an extra channel for lights etc...BUT the Radio is STILL 2 CH. Spectrum dx3c 3 channel rx and tx a good cheap radio setup that will allow you to run a dig. Not being an ass was hoping it did come with a 3 ch setup. "thumbsup"

It seems the newest models are shipping with the TTX300 transmitter, which is 3 channel. Looks like a Toys-R-Us monster truck remote... but it is 3 channel.
