Default Turning a Wraith into a 1.9 Rig

So here's what I think is a very stupid question, but I'm sure there's a little more to it. To take a Wraith platform, and turn it into an "official" 1.9 rig, what changes in tuning and wheel base need to be done? Is it as simple as reducing the wheelbase? What size links do most guys use when doing this? Does the frame have to be bobbed?

I'd like to get another Wraith chassis and do this for 6 yr. old son. But I want to do it right!

Any input you all could provide, and even pictures, would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
Ryan
