Default SS screw kit.

Ok I wanted to try the Other guy on ebay selling SS screw kits.
Well let me say you get what you pay for.
Zombie hobbies kit Sucks !
Yes you get lots of extra parts but not all of whats needed for a build. Not much of it matches stock sizes and it all comes in a big pile that needs sorting out.
You get No 2.6X6mm body screws instead you get 2mm... they just slide right in the holes. Was told use the 3mm.... didn't come with enough to start with and I couldnt get one started for crap. Had to drill the holes out a bit.
And communication is not good.
I would say im disappointed but again you get what you pay for.

So my advice is to stick with RCscrews and be happy !

How much did you pay for this kit?

Those body screws are hard to find. I usually just get the most common screws from my local fastner supplier because I know im going to break or lose some. The only thing they had close to the body screw was 2.5x6mm and you have to buy in qtys of 20.

I actually get a lot of hardware from a local supplier. I know most of the sizes I need, they even carry m3 threaded rod.

If you just want an easy kit, knk or rcscrewz are spot on.

Yeah rcscrewz will be from now on when getting a full kit. And I dont think I'll ever use anything but SS frome now on as I hate the rust that always seems to get down in the hex hole. Haha a rusty hole.. sounds like it needs more lude lol
