Default Your best/favorite mods

I thought this would be a fun thread and haven't seen one yet here. What in your opinion have been your best mods in the following; Durability, Performance and Looks. I'll go first.

Durability: Switching to 32p gears, i can't count how many spurs i killed. (operator error i guess)

Performance: For me the biggest difference was made when i got good foams. My CI DD's are absolutely phenomenal.

Looks: My "Ebay special" Curries take the cake here.

Durability....my custom low profile steel bumper with tie ins to the shock tower as I don't run factory upper bumper supports.

Looks and Performance are same mod....I put SCX axles/1.9s on it and never looked back.

best mod ive done so far, 13t crawlmaster pro on 3s (and obviously a long list of things to withstand the power)

totally made me realise why its called a "rock racer" not a stuttery peice of shit that barely moves on flat ground and flat out does not "race" over rocks

I would say my favorite mod would have to be my BMRC leading arm and trailing arm set up with rear fram stiffeners....really unleashed the flex this thing has in the rocks.

Durability--SuperShafty bombproof trans

Performance--MMP with Holmes Puller Pro on 3s

Looks--that's a tough one for me since performance and reliability are always my priorities but I do love the way my RockBeast IIs with CI foams look. My DMG trailing arm stiffy kit is pretty sexy too.

Durability- Learn how to drive..... Performance- learn how to drive........... Looks- spend more time on your rubber and less on you roof, everybody knows what the bottom of a Wraith looks like....... All joking aside a Wraith can become a real money pit to keep up with the Jones's. Durability wise fix what you break, what you do break save your money and only buy the best once and you will save money in the long run. Performance, build as your needs dictate. Looks, well a lot that looks good can hurt you in performance and durability, but hey its your rig and make it look like you want. If some body recommends a certain part check out what every body else is using and how they like it. Most of all be patient and do your research and it will save money and time in the end. As far as brands are concerned there are to many to recommend, and way to many to run from,to list. Most of all have fun.
