From photos, the BGR chassis looks incredible...what's your opinion now that it's in your hands?

Its a really nice size as a 1,9er - bouncing ideas around for finishing the panels and building the interior. That pesky job thing is cutting into my hobby time

Its a runner but it's all kinds of goofy at the moment. It's at the awkward teenage phase.... The kings suck - will replace with prolines to lower it a bit. And work on an interior. I wrote Monster energy drinks and they are sending me some vinyl to dress it up. Work has been taking all my time lately - next week I should have some creative capacity to get a better vision.
It's dead sex on Jack stands but I don't believe in shelf queens.

Could you just use an HPI apache or mini trophy truck interior for it for simplicity?

Looks awesome.

I could, but that's not how I roll. Got the seat made, just need some free time. This one's gonna be good - no worries

Would love to see some close-up pics of where and how electronics are mounted, including the battery. Thanxs.

I'm glad you're putting some better shocks on her. Everything on this build is top shelf and you need good suspension to match.

This is true.

I have come to love the gmade XD shocks but I have done a lot of work on them to get them where I want them. Now they are smooth as butter and work like a dream and don't leak. I can show you what all I did to go that route.

Been playing around with it, raiding the parts bin and stealing from other builds that I havent started yet and BAM there it is. Amazing how you have something, play with it and then dang, badassery. The OMFs and KLRs are super sweet. I widened the SCX track with 650 SLWs, binned the Kings in exchange for Proline scalers and now its pure hotness.

Metal trans, all the good bits, etc. The holmes Puller Pro Stubby 3300 on 3S geared 88/22 gives it proper racecar when you wanna. The MadDogRC lights are amazingly good. OMG bright, too.

Now to finish the panel motif and get around toit on the interior...

Send a PM to Bill, he can give you a price. I got the panels and light mounts front, roof, and rear which are all options to add on. the price really depends on how simple/complex you want.
