Can a Wraith crawl as well as the AX-10?

Why is the AX-10 consistently claimed as the better crawler than the Wraith? Been watching a lot of videos and I have yet to find an impressive Wraith video crawling. I can find several with the AX-10 (most seem to be upgraded heavily). Is there something inherent to the AX-10 that makes it a superior crawler?

ax-10 folks are saying the suspension is more geared towards crawling (more articulation can be had) and the chassis doesn't have a skid plate which is better for crawling. I know wraith is more scaler, but I don't care about that. Looking for technical information.

Answered you in your other thread about the same topic. But... One DOES NOT have more articulation. Both use same size shocks. More articulation is not your friend either. The AX-10 chassis DOES have a skid plate ( you need a place to mount the trans) but it is smaller than the Wraith skid which is better for crawling because you wont get hung up as much and you have better clearance. The Deadbolt AX-10 will be more capable in the long run. Go to Axial's website if you really want to compare apples to oranges. All the specs are there.

You can get close. But that's an apple and oranges situation. The Wraith has a DIG option.

the wraith looks more scale. I do have both, the 1st gen original scorpion and a kit Wraith. The AX-10 hasn't broken anything since I've owned it, but it only has a 55T motor and NiMh battery
