Default New Wraith Owner

Hey guys! Excited to say that night before last I got my first wraith. Ive wanted one for a while but never could afford one. When this one popped up locally for $220 I jumped on it. It had an "Upgraded servo" so he said, as far as I can tell it seems to work well and is waterproof. It also has steel gears in the trans but was otherwise stock. It started as a Poison Spyder Jeep....
Id post a picture but we all know what it looked like and photobucket is highjacking my pics right now SMDH!

But I drug out an old Proline Bronco I had and cut it to pieces. A couple hours work netted this outcome with the battery forward mod too......

Nice! I own two of these money pits now... one of them has the bronco body too. If you don't already know how to make your own links, they're pretty easy to do and the money you save can go toward something else!

Nice! I Just picked one up locally also $200 with Lipo and Charger! Nice work on the bronco Body. How do you like the servo? I'm in need on one, the stock axial one is a little loose.

It seems to do OK. It's an Arrma sp? Not sure on specs tho.
I did build a custom drop bed from styrene last night. Only took an hour and a half start to finish....

Nice! Welcome to the club. I love the Bronco front end on that. Especially since I used to own a 1:1 IH Scout of similar body style as a dedicated wheeling rig.

Nicely done. I plan to build one soon but I'm waiting to figure out how everything is going to be mounted first..
