| ssd trans/ robinson r. outdrive.
Hi so I`m slowly trying to toughen up my wraith, for a brushless system in the future. I have been thinking about the ssd trans for a bit of extra speed. I have some store credit at Amain and they have a sale ATM. So I was thinking to go with the RR 32 Pitch, 58 Tooth Blackened Steel Spur Gear. RR 32p pinion 14t/16t And I am wonderingabout the RR hardened steel, one-piece outdrive/diff gear for the Axial Wraith. These are for starters/ and possibly the ssd trans. later or even the rc4wd 2 speed later. I dont want to waste my money and want to know if the above peices are combatible with either of those transmissions. I believe they have HD internals. Any advise would be great. |

If you really want to harden your Wraith's transmission checkout Supershafty.com WRAITH Trans & Parts - Super Shafty I have had better luck with the Hot Racing Steel gears. Hot Racing Axial Wraith 4WD Rock Racer RTR RC Car upgrades and Hop-ups I haven't run the SSD transmission conversion kit. Looking at the web page, it provides the output gear and idler gear so buying gears will be a waste of money if you go the SSD route. |
