Which set would be best to order it'll be a heavy rig with curries and method wheels

If you're using it to crawl than do the underdrives. Anything else, base your decision on how hot your motor gets now after a good run. If it's still cool/cold, and you want to go fast, you can gear up instead.

Underdrive gears have the best mesh, helps with torque twist and also puts less stress on everything.
