I'm torn between these two anyone have opions to give on them

Neither. Axial universals are stronger and allow for more turning angle than either choice. They're also cheaper than both.

With a brushless set up in the future axial unis will be better?

I run universals in my bouncer powered by a 2350 4 pole sensored 1/8 scale motor on 4s. Yea, whatever brushless setup you're likely to put in it will be fine.

I don't know about cheaper. I just picked a set of the incisions for $10 cheaper than the uni's at CKRC.

At ckrc yes the lower grade VP axles are $7 cheaper than axial universals. But that's only due to ckrc pricing the axial axles higher than normal. Rpphobby.com sells axial universals for $33 which is $7 cheaper than ckrc sells incision axles.

I will say I was amazed how much more angle I got with the Axial universals. They were an impulse buy at the LHS after I spent hours BSing with the guy that works there. Glad to hear that they handle the power as well.
