Hot racing knuckle clearance issue.

Ordered some hot racing aluminum knuckles. Installed and look great but........now my method 2.2 beadlocks are rubbing where the six screws that attach there rims together go in. The head of the screws are hitting the knuckle. Yesterday a slapped some wider hexes that come with the rims(I have extras from my old yeti build) on to go trail for a bit but I would like to throw the narrower ones back on. It's not a huge difference but I did have issues going through some spots I normally get through easy. Any tips or tricks to get the clearance issue right? Vs me getting the dremal out and trying to "remove" a bit of the aluminum knuckle edge to clear.

You could try some button head screws if your current screws are cap head. Or you could buy a countersink to countersink the screw holes then use some flat head screws.

Will have to try the different screws I think. They are the capped style ends. And counter sinking would be close because there is only a little plastic loop they go in and I've pulled a few through and ruined a pair a while back with aluminum hexes. Thank you for the info.
