Default Wraith Problem

Well seem to be having an issue with my wraith, was hoping I could get some ideas on what it could be.
Everything pretty much stock...stock length stock hight nothing lifted or lengthened. Everything seems to move nice and freely doesn't appear/feel like there is any binding....motor seems to be running a little hot too....some spots around 200 and some 115 on the motor.
HH 27t motor torquemaster expert brushed
3s lipo
Tranny gears all metal
HR drive shafts
12t pinion/60t spur gear
Slipper appears and feels nice and tight
HH bxl esc (waterproof)
Here's a little video seems to be fine going forward but not so much backward. Think I got everything any help would be appreciated thanks.

number one, your gear mesh sounds too tight, number two, sounds like you have an ider gear in the trans stripping out...

Well I took the tranny out found 3 issues 1. My soldering job came off one of the motor wires 2. For some reason I didn't put bearings in the middle gear in the tranny not sure how I managed that lol I don't see bearing remains in there so I didn't put any in there wheird. 3. the screws that hold that bottom gear on the out put shafts all 3 came loose and looked stripped (the screws) all the tranny gears look like new found 3 more screws greased it up a bit and put it back together.

When I did take the motor out there were metal shaving around the out side of the motor? Is that from the brushes?

Still not sure which of those would make it sound bad and not move in reverse but work ok going forward. Or the heat.
