I would take the drive shafts out and see if the pinion spins the ring gears freely. Also then check the transmission with no driveshafts, then again with the motor moved so the pinion is not engaged.
Check to see if the bearings are in good condition.
Almost seems like the driveshaft angle is so great it is binding.

Yeah I did the tummy tuck
Mod on it. I think that is causing the issue too.

Whats it like if you pull the front & rear axles up so the suspension is not fully dropped out? (pull up with a zip tie or something)
My guess is on a horrible driveshaft angle.

sounds to me as if the driveshaft(s) are not phased correctly.

Driveshaft set screw possibly rubbing skid or trans housing?

Definitely looks and sounds like driveshafts. The axle is hopping around like the a d/s is outta phase like TacoCrawler said. Any problems at full compression? Also, the suspension is drooping "more" since the tummy tuck causing the harsh d/s angles. The joints could be binding. Gotta bring down the ride height now.
