I live in Missoula Montana so my title is a joke. HaHa. My wraith started out as a used AX10 from the LHS. Then I mobbed it around with my coworker, known as "Maslin" on here. So, my addiction to R/C again in life is his fault so blame him.

Drove AX10 around 2 years, broke parts, and wanted a different truck, having spent a pile on my AX10 and not wanting to fund too many R/C's, I ordered a used chassis off RC recycler and swapped all my stuff over.

I ran the wraith as low as I could get it and used MIP's "Exclusive" length rear shaft and did not need to run a wraith transmission or grind the center skid plate at all. I also have MIP extended 12mm length outputs at all ends.

I will update with pics and tech as I can. It is not scale, and I am mean to it similar to Maslin. With my breakage percentage lower than his tho...

Parts list:
HH PP 540 2700KV
MMP
Castle BEC
1230SG savox
HR spools F/R
Axial uni's
43/13 axial Gears F/R
VP Truss's
VP scale knuckles
STRC steering
Axial servo horn
RR trans gears
steel 32p pinion and spur
Flysky el cheapo remote/receiver
Gmade shocks
CI DD soft foams
Axial plastic wheels
RC4WD wanna-be boggers
MIP Driveshafts
Aluminum trans housing from HR or somebody Chinese.
All stuff You have heard about Before
As Old AX10

Driveshaft clearance with AX10 trans

Bright ass yellow for the Jeep body

I originally wanted a bomber chassis, then I realized Im not cool enough to own a bomber. But, I did qualify for an "amazon warehouse" deal used JEEP JK body. So thats good enough I suppose.

Yellow looks ok. Probably wont use many of the stickers.

Some traxxas battery hold down style pins are at my house today. Im gonna mount the body with the pins on the side and just have 1 removable body section to make it faster and easier to work on/take battery out. Cant wait for spring... snow wheeling is cool, but crawling/bashing is better.

Not traditional Wraith mounting style but oh well...
Mandatory pic. Yellow Banana Monster is ready for a beating soon!

Very much snowed in, we made it out the other day for a few minutes. If it would warm up 30 or 40 degrees for a day or two we can pack down a little snow track

MASSIVE Tech brought to the table at lunch today, traxxas pins holding my sweet Wrangler JK body on. Your welcome!

The yellow, Damn. Like a lemony banana waiting to get scratched on the rock pile.

Nice Rig , but I'm even more impressed with the clean clutter free shop. Wish our Techs kept our service department that clean.

Thanks for the heads up on the lids. I was gonna buy more than one but hate it when someone tells the members of a great deal and someone goes and practically buys them all out, lol.

One of my last purchases added to the pile. This should work until I find one in a hard body.
