Where can I find any weights that will fit the stock Wraith Spawn?

If you want knuckle weights, you need Knuckles that will support them. Are you crawling on bare rock like a rock crawler or just trailing?
Move the battery to the front and forget the knuckle weights.

Mainly crawling on the rocks. Already moved the battery to the front. Maybe you are right, it might not be necessary with knuckle weights.

Vanquish VPP stage 1 kit knuckles with their weights is one option. Using those same knuckles you can order RCBros knuckle weight adapters. You could also buy Dlux weighted knuckles (best option), truly adding some weight to the front end with the forward battery mod I have found is a good choice and worth the upgrade especially if you find yourself doing a lot of hill climbing as well.
