|  Hilux body with battery forward?
I want to cut up a Tamiya Hilux body for my Wraith but want to keep my battery under the hood. Has anyone done a opening hood ?

I have a wraith with a hilux cab. What I did was get some body mount screws, they have a hold drilled in them for a pin to go through. Mine were wertymade.....I used four of them near the skid, two on each side, drilled corresponding holes into the sides of the hilux cab. And I just remove the whole cab to change batteries.

Im sure you can cut the hood out, I just decided against it, due to simplicty. I'll be checking back to see if ya made a hood.

Was about to start a thread but this gave me a good solution for now. i hopefully plan to ct the hood and try it but for now this will work great. Thanks guys
