I'm assuming you mean 3800kv cos I can't see a CC 3700kv
2s or 3s?
Which stock? Wraiths & PS rigs have 48p 80/20 (4:1), Spawns have 32p 56/12 (4.66:1)
Was going to ask "for crawling/trailing or some speed U4 style racing?" but the 3800 is an unsensored motor & will not make you happy crawling. Sorry correction, 1410 is sensored, should crawl ok.
Wouldn't bother with anything in 48p, on 3s 32p 12-14/56 will haul pretty good for racing, just watch the temps.
It won't crawl much very nice but if you have to try a 32p 10 or 11t pinion might do something, sort of, kinda. Sorry correction, 1410 is sensored, should crawl ok, would still try one of these pinions if only crawling.

Wish i could find a BB code [s]strikethrough[/s] for making corrections

Fyi, the new version of the 1410 is sensored.

As for his setup and gearing, you probably know more than me on gearing.

My apologies I had not seen the 1410 was sensored, where I looked at the Mamba X combo the title lables the esc sensored but not the motor & I drew a conclusion thats clearly incorrect.

That said the ratios I think will be about the same but I'll definitely revise my assessment on it's crawling, being sensored it should be quite good.
