Post Confused on which SSD transmission to go with.

I have BMRC IFS kit installed on my wraith, and have the following setup.
Gearing
13t/56t
Castle SW3
1410 3800 kv castle motor
lipo is 2s2p 7000 mah
Running 1.9 tires and rims.

What I am wanting to accomplish is the following.
Have the ability to crawl as needed, and speed when I want it.
Not sure if I want to use the 2 speed SSD transmission or the high ratio transmission.

That is not a sensored setup, correct? I was kicking around the ssd 2 speed for my own wraith, but ultimately decided on the ssd hi ratio. I run a 3400kv sensored setup geared 19/54 on 4s. Mine is definitely not a good crawling setup, but it boogies in the sand! The 2 speed has the same hi gear as the hi ratio trans, and the extremely low 1st gear would probably allow crawling speeds on a non-sensored brushless setup.

Check this out: R/C Calculations

Only suggestion I've got inlvolve leaving the trans & gearing exactly as is,
Sell the 2s, SW3 & 1410 (unless it's the newer sensored version)
Get 3s, (I'd suggest 2x 3500mah rather than a stinking great 7000 brick) & a sensored motor esc combo (Castle Mamba X, Holmes, Tekin, Hobbywing)

I'm with altd896. I have a SW3/4600kv setup in my RC10 and I was going to install it in the wraith but realized it would be a wasted effort. It's too much motor and the low speed response would be horrible. I ended up buying a castle crawler sensored 3600kv and a mamba X and couldn't be happier. Low speed crawling is great and it really gets up and moves.

I have a full metal trans and am running bushings on the pinions. Just keep an eye on the bushings and replace when they get sloppy.
