Wraith link risers? I know a few years ago DCW sold Wraith upper link relocation brackets but now I can’t find them anywhere or anyone that sells anything like it. Can anyone point me in the right direction if there is one? |
Re: Wraith link risers? I've seen a few 3D printed skids that incorporated upper link risers, kinda like this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1957843 as well as Circle City RC's skids that use Bomber type rear link mounts with Wraith/SCX trans mounts. I'm sure Circle City (and others) could print what you're after. |
Re: Wraith link risers? I used some aluminum for mine i cut a little bit of the skid and sliped the aluminum brackets in the little slot so the aluninum bolts on with the skid and the upper link mounts http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/axial...ntion-mod.html I dont know if it helped at all i got alot of squat using the upper most holes just above the skid seems to be nutral no squat or anti squat so thats were i left it the front are in the middle it seems to work good the best part is i can now play with the geomitry to see what i like most but honestly i dont realy think it matters much it works good stock alot of squat dident work out like i hoped the squat made it realy nice on flat crawls like rock fields or ruff trails but dosent climb as good stock has alot of anit squat and is better for a rock bouncer style of driving |
Re: Wraith link risers? Not much help on this, but Super Shafty used to sell the DCW risers. I no longer see them on the website though. |
