Default Meth

Once I seen the 1.9 I knew it was going to become my new addiction so i set plans in motion. First i started reminding my wife of my old wraith and how awesome it was. How i missed it and wished i never sold it off. Once she heard the mention of the new rig, i pushed her to the ground, grabbed her credit card and ordered my new fix.. of course the next morning I was filled with regret and couldn't apologize enough..
Here I sit today, working with my new addiction. Taking it day by day to see what it will do. Out first was the running gear. In its place we set up a nice 1080- 35t stock motor, protek 370tbl and then hooked to my sanwa radio. Mounted super stampers on 1.9 axial bl all powered with 3s.

Next up is links, Meth is as weak as its links and his servo torque showed that 2 min into first run.

Disclaimer: No wife was assaulted in the purchase of Meth

Meth steering angle has been improved.

With a lower profile horn I think you could get a tiny bit more left throw but I'm happy to see more then stock.

I'm really enjoying this truck on the trail. It handles very well and I like a light truck but do want to add a little weight down low as the cage makes it tippy.

I like the matte black look without the stickers. That looks great.

LOL!!
Thanks! It's actually the first time he wasn't right next to me crying to go home. As you can see he doesn't get out much. He loves being home and being lazy.

By adding universals and tossing the dog bones.

With it being a rainy day I decided to build me a battery trey so I could run my smaller packs like I prefer.

Simple secure design that's light.

Got some more running footage posted up if anyone is interested.

Today I re built the crap shocks to help stiffen up to help with top heavy roll overs. Test in yard showed a positive gain in side hill.

This is a new axle for me and I wasn't sure what it's capabilities are.

Going to see a lot of that IMO.

I still can't believe that it only accommodates full size packs right out of the box.

The battery thing bugs me. Full size and not really a strap or hold down device. I understand a full size gets trapped in by the hood but I dont know many people that run same size.
I'm expecting many battery trey 3d options for this truck.

The AR44 1 piece is new to me too but so far it's not bad, not my favorite but it's doing its job. Weird not having C hubs after forever dealing with them. I'm sure I will be swapping axles at some point in my wraith journey.
