Is that brazed or tig? looks like braze but I saw your helmet and wondered if you tigged it

I Tig welded for strength and brazed for cosmetics.

It’s a wraith skid. And that’s prob the widest part. Lol.

I have a metal cage for a wraith but it's really thin and doesn't look like it would be all that great. I'm afraid it wouldn't hold up in a roll over. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...dfeba579d4.jpg

I build all kinds of cages. I use 3/16 solid rod and Tig weld for longevity.

Well I'm a huge VW fan. I'm wanting to do a beetle body on a crawler but a beetle tube chassis under it would be amazing.
