Wraith 1.9.1 Bronco Haven’t done a build thread in a while and since my hobby time is limited, here is one right in the middle of it. With all the Wraith 1.9 hype, I thought I get an old project off the shelf and finish it up. By now, only body and paint is left but I’ll try to post some details later on. Enough talking, here is my approach: https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...d545074713.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...c969778599.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Re: Wraith 1.9.1 Bronco And when I mounted some new deadbolt lights I was wondering what I could do with all the leftover parts. How about hood hinges :-) https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...274d7b65ed.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...d63ae3f3f3.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...001e51a1ef.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Re: Wraith 1.9.1 Bronco 6 Attachment(s) I had major problems with painting the body this time. I used Tamiya PS silver as a foundation on the inside AND outside, covered parts with Tamiya PS white and PS Mica red. However, the white turned into a rubber skin, that would come off as soon as you pulled on it (like with a sticker). Lazy as I am, I just covered it with even more stickers (doesn't that supply more hp anyways??). So, here is my stars&stripes tribute on its first run. Almost too low for some obstacles and yes I admit it, the tires look good but suck big time - Attachment 381221 Attachment 381226 Attachment 381223 Attachment 381224 Attachment 381225 Attachment 381222 |
