Default Wraith 1.9.1 Bronco

Haven’t done a build thread in a while and since my hobby time is limited, here is one right in the middle of it.
With all the Wraith 1.9 hype, I thought I get an old project off the shelf and finish it up.
By now, only body and paint is left but I’ll try to post some details later on.
Enough talking, here is my approach:

And when I mounted some new deadbolt lights I was wondering what I could do with all the leftover parts. How about hood hinges :-)

I had major problems with painting the body this time. I used Tamiya PS silver as a foundation on the inside AND outside, covered parts with Tamiya PS white and PS Mica red. However, the white turned into a rubber skin, that would come off as soon as you pulled on it (like with a sticker). Lazy as I am, I just covered it with even more stickers (doesn't that supply more hp anyways??). So, here is my stars&stripes tribute on its first run.
Almost too low for some obstacles and yes I admit it, the tires look good but suck big time -
