Default New to the Wraith sort of...........

I have gotten 3 wraith spawns recently and all are basically stock. Well I came across a deal on a used wraith kit that i couldn't pass up. Unfortunately for me it's a bit advanced and modified and I'm not sure what I need to do to get it up and running right.

It has 4 wheel steering and dig. I have a spektum dx5c radio and have managed to set up the 4wheel steering so far but no luck on the dig yet.

Basic mods that I have seen so far on it are:
Holmes bxr esc
Tekkin 35 turn pro motor
CC 10 amp bec
Various metal links and strc cms

Any help or suggestions would be great this is way more advanced than what I'm used too.

Just a few quick pics of it.

I'm assuming because it's used I should tear it down completely and make sure everything is in proper working order. Anything I should look for while I'm going thru it?

Also does it hurt to leave the dig installed even if I'm not using it or should I see about removing it?

Thanks

Make sure all the bearings are good. Gear teeth and mesh everywhere. Won’t hurt to leave the dig installed and locked/fixed. Just in case you’d ever want to use it.

Thanks! I'll definitely check those bearings over.

Also what's a good angled ball end for axial aluminum links. And I'm also going to need some ball ends for the strc steering links. The steering ones are 3 mm but larger diameter link. None of my 3mm ball ends will work. Any one know a replacement that's the right diameter and length for the strc?
