| 1.9 Wraith with Deadloc rails Rails in question Does anyone have any experience with these? I want to get into crawling (it'll be my first RC in 20+ years), and I absolutely love the styling of the wraith, but my closest crawling shop runs class 2 so I'd need rails... I'm considering an RTR 1.9 wraith + the deadloc rails instead of going the opposite way (SCX10 ii kit + wraith cage + body) |

I'll be honest, I'm struggling to see any advantage in rails into a Wraith versus a 10ii Deadbolt. Same axles, suspension, trans, similar Bronco-ish bodies. The aesthetic of the 2 cage sections are the only real differences I'm picking up. Seems more effort in doing the Wraith , but if thats the look you want then thats the way to go I suppose. |

Yeah, what I've ended up doing is getting the SCX10 ii kit + the blazer body. I'll likely leave the windscreen off and just have the attached cage. Part of this was the similarity of the looks, the other part is that I didn't want the RTR gear (would _love_ a kit 1.9 wraith) I'm probably going to end up sourcing a wraith cage at some point and trying a hinged cage + body like Harley & Mighty1's old rigs. |
