Default 90-95mm shocks and 105-110mm..big difference?

I'm currently running the 90-95 and I was wondering if I would see a huge improvement going up to the 105-110?

Improvement is a subjective term. Improve side hilling, No. Improve climbing, maybe. Improve flex, yes. It all depends on what you are looking to achieve. You might take a look at this thread.

Not unless you ran risers to inherently shorten them but maintain the increased stroke. 90-95 is best ride height.
