| Wraith servo help
So I've got a stock electronics wraith 2.2 rock racer from 2013. Just getting back into the hobby. I wanted to upgrade the servo due to the stock one getting tired. I bought a 3 Brothers RC G11 servo. Did the direct wiring into a 2 cell battery. After getting it installed it's not working. Servo barely moves and when I hook up the steering linkage it doesnt move at all. Seems like it's getting no juice. It also is acting funny with the controls . I thought I might have got a bad servo so they shipped me another to test but it's exactly the same. I've tried 2 different batteries and no dice. Is this not compatible with the old stock ESC? Any ideas? |

The specs for that servo say 11.1V to 14.V so I'm thinkin' your needing 3s or 4s batteries. Although it says this servo will operate on 2s there just might not be enough juice for this servo. Also says not recommended for Bombers or bashers. I'd say probably shouldn't be recommended for a Wraith if its not recommended for a Bomber. |
