Default Desert Lizard 100mm Setup???

I bought the 100mm Desert Lizard shocks. What is the best spring or springs combination for a 2.2?

Springs have absolutely nothing to do with wheel and tire size. Never have, never will. Springs can come into play based on tire and foam set up since that can effect dampening and lean.

Only you can figure out what spring combination will work because rig, suspension design, weight distribution and so on all have to be taken into account.

Also with desert lizards there are multiple suspension set ups for the shocks. Sprung, mix and droop. All things that will need to be decided to make the rig perform how you want and again, only you know what that is.

So you'll have to try different springs until you
