Step by Step XR10 Build I just finished a complete step by step XR10 build on our blog. It's meant to be a guide for a box stock XR10 build. We will be adding more content for the XR10 soon such as wiring set-ups, radio set-up, dig set-ups, etc. 8) Links: Front axle http://axialracing.com/wordpress/201...ep-xr10-build/ Rear axle http://axialracing.com/wordpress/201...t-2-rear-axle/ Links and Shocks http://axialracing.com/wordpress/201...ks-and-shocks/ Chassis assembly http://axialracing.com/wordpress/201...ssis-assembly/ Beadlocks http://axialracing.com/wordpress/201...t-5-beadlocks/ |

that looks like it took alot of time. even though you have a cool job it still had to be rough going slow and taking pictures of the build. then the resizing has to be the worst task of all. great write up and awesome service after the sale."thumbsup" |
Bender I bet it felt good to finish this one up. Very very impressive. This will help alot of people out. Nice work man. |
Perfect timing! Just opened my box up. Thanks for taking the time to do this! Great work. Someone needs to make this a sticky. Quote:

Thats why Brad gets paid the big bucks. |
nice work thanks this will be real handy |
well done Brad"thumbsup" but some questions drawing #16 shows the 36t idler in the other direction and there is a !Note Direction behind drawing #7(and #21) suggests you dont need to grease the final gear and alot of guys will run it without |
Nice. "thumbsup" I think it would probably be a good idea to link Brandonīs rear axle installation precautions into your description, just to prevent people from sticking their cat in the microwave, since you didnīt repeatedly mentioned it in your build-guide. Uli |

Thanks guys. 8) |
nice detailed instructional .... couldn't get better than that this may sound off-topic? .... but i'd like to know what causes the rear spools of the xr-10 axles to breakdown? ...... is it because the guys who broke it placed the spools in the opposite direction? .... or they just drove it hard? just got me some xr-10 axles and would like to clear this up before i assemble them .... thanks |
Its prob because they drive there axial like there bully or berg.. I have yet to experience a single issue. |
