Hey Christian, are you planning on running those upside down? I run mine in the regular position and have not noticed any leaking from the cap....mostly from the cartridge. Have you waved your magic wand over that end of the shock?

Nice shock mods. The stock pistons are terrible. Those Teflon ones should be slick (pun intended). What are the part numbers for those bladders?

i want them upside down , with the bladder and the vented cap there is less pressure inside so it shouldnīt leak that much

I waved my magic teflon tape over that end of the shock and so far so good.

Dude, you are so keen

Next problem with the scx shocks is the stock cap limits articulation from side to side. My fronts had to be stood up (when viewed from the front) to free them up.

And thanks, i'll definitely have to keep those little guys in mind.

Really? Mine dont seem to leak from the threads, but the orings. Maybe I just need to replace them all....

i modded a pair of Tekin fxrīs

removed the cases and solder posts



added a cooling/mounting plate and bullet connectors for the motorwires



the bullets are gold plated aluminium ones



i will try some 14 or 16t 454 cobalt pullers

That's a fricken sick setup. How is the cooling plate bonded to the esc without shorting the esc out?
