last small shock parts are done



some universal grinding







the ones i bought starts to bind at 44 degree
after some grinding the spin free up to 65 degree

Sorry Man, I should have read under the pic of them. I thought they were like 24 step spoke wheels I perfer the 6 spoke and couldn't figure why you would go to the trouble to machine what I thought I saw.
Very nice wheels indeed!!!!!! Your total build is awsome. I hope you don't mind, but I am trying a delrin frame for my bodiless with the single point suspension hookup for the lowers. Your thinking outside of the box is total genius.

a little more weight reduction

new tie rod is made of Ti tube OD 5mm ID 4mm

pressed with a lathe chuck to reduce the ID at both ends



thread is made witha M4 forming tap



added threaded Ti rods with strong Loctite



and itīs done

.5mm Ti battery mount







mounted with a M3x16 screw , the lower axle housing gots a m3 aluminium insert , itīs seated by heat , not the expansion type

So when are you gonna introduce your version of a cutting brake?

Also, did you disassemble the universal to get such clean grinds on them?

i needed to grind the spare ones only
my old ones from the kit worked without grinding
