I like the welded-on front lower shock mounts.

Just let it sit for a bit in the sun and the delrin/rubber/plastic/foam should off-gas just enough to get you under three lbs.

Shoot...removing the lettering from the Boss Claws and drilling some speed holes in the battery tray should take care of that in a jiffy

Would a straight 1/8" Ti tie rod be lighter than what you're currently using?
