Axial XR10 Setup Sheet and Tuning guide

I would like to start a thread for XR10 setup sheets and tuning

Feel free to post your XR10 setup and modifications

Please post your entire rig setup and feel free to list reasons and terrain that cause you to run a specific setup or any other variables we may like to know about.

( I will update with my setup info later)

I'll go first...

it was a PITA to figure out, but if you go to www.scribd.com you can get an account or if you have a facebook account you can just login with it. once youre in there is a button on the top left of the page to upload a file. once it is uploaded you can choose to embed it by selecting the button that looks like </> at the bottom right. you have to be looking at your file on the scribd page in order for that button to be on the bottom right.

you need to save the pdf from where brandon posted it and enter your information then save it to your computer and then you can upload it.

Bout time Bob! lol, all downhill for ya now!

BEELZEBOB 10-06-2010 08:05 AM

im kinda bummed,

I had it all dialed in and tuned up.

Only to rip it all apart and start again.

LOL but man, this truck can really just go.

I seem to be able to just kinda point it @ something and watch it go.

and relative to other drivers in the sport i have no idea....

So its pretty cool to see these sheets.

Plus, over time think about how much tight stuff is gonna come out for the XR10 in the next 6, 12, to 18 months!

I just cant wait to get my hamfists on some BWD axle goodies

Yah I remember your dismay when you realized it was backwards, lol.

I thought about the axle braces, but I'm going to wait till the cutting brakes are public to make sure it's not wasted money since the design is much different from the factory mount.

BEELZEBOB 10-06-2010 08:29 AM

I just see reason enough to have both in my kit.

the cutbrakes are cool, but a bit down the road.

And for me w/ a DX3r, im kinda limited anyways.

but i do get to save weight!

BEELZEBOB 10-25-2010 01:44 PM

:flipoff:

pretty much the same positions for everything......

they just work better.

The truck and stock chassis are bad ass. I, on the other hand, could use some practice. :D

invested in 2 dozen tennis balls this weekend, and will be setting practice gates @ 13.75" and 14''

I find this info. to be great. Wish more would do the same deal. I know everyone does not have time. I'm just sucking up the knowledge. Hopefully I will put it to good use soon!
