go with vp plates |
I did a 9mm mod to mine. I started with a 11/32 drill bit because I couldnt find a 9mm bit at Home Depot or Lowes. 11/32 works out to be .34375, 9mm is .35433. So to get the final .01058 I use a Dremel. |
The mod will hold you over, but for how long? I say get yourself the VP plates. They a straight, properly CNCed, and have 2 10mils and 1 9mil."thumbsup" |
How likely will the bearings fail if you dont do the mod or buy the vp plates? |
its a ticking time bomb. save yourself the hassle and stress do the mod or buy vp plates. the plates are 19.99 and come with the new bearings. |
yeah I decided to order them them and also got the lockouts for the rear. Thanks for all the advice"thumbsup" |
