What was the reason for using 2 front housings? School me, I'm kinda like a newb. Do you ever break gears on 4s? And why is the front axle an oz lighter than the rear?

front axle is 1 oz lighter because there is no extra platic to accomadate the cutting brake that still has not been released. also it just has a much cleaner look to it again because it does not have the cutting brake extras on it.

well time to update
got my upper vp link mounts on and some temp. body panels built.
when installing the rear link mount the 5x9 flanged motor plate bearing was blown apart and scared my ti shaft so i drilled it out to a 5x10
i dont know if running 4s helped the issue but hopfully the bigger bearing
will hold up for ecc.
also made my carbon batt. mount to acomadate my 860 4s and a carbon eletronics tray. i dont have a scale that goes higher that 3lbs so with no wheels and tires it wighs in @ 1.8 lbs

things i still need are to get a set of red rings
still need to get freq-e to make some panels
i need another exciter body for new panels
and i think she will be ready for ECC
