Yeah it's 1/4" over. I'm gonna fix it when I wire it up tomorrow. I had it set to right at 12.5" but my shocks were hitting the chassis. Not sure how i'm going to fix that

you may have to run a bit wider stand off for your shocks..

where are the shocks hitn the chassis?

yeah, run some wider spacers to push the shock out and away from the chassis..
or try running them inverted.

if you look at mine you can see my spacers are just barely long enough.

Let me know what you think.
Yes, limit your rear shocks externally .5

Hope this helps.

I found my shocks hit the chassis even when inverted. i used some axial offset rod ends to fix it though.

The chassis will work better for you if you work on limiting the shocks. The 4" shocks have way too much travel...which prevents the chassis from transferring leverage through itself. By limiting the shocks you will help the chassis do it's job. I fought this idea for quite some time when I built my XR with the BJV4, but after doing it I definitely saw an improvement in the way it worked!

I dont see anything illegal about it as long as you moved the wide spacers forward so you maintain the 3" bodiles chassis width rule. The question is though, how will it perform like that?

not a bad idea but you still need them limited to perform to it's full potential.
