2 screw mode is just the 2 screws going all the way through the housing with lock nuts, instead of just threading into the top housing... right?

one screw thru the bottom all the way thru the top link mount plate with the black nut shown in the pics on page one.

the other is across from it in the bottom as well 4-40 with a little gold Losi SMALL nut, (this one only goes thru the two case halves, you may have to grind the plastic a little for the nut to fit.)
this nut is directly behind the motor on the flat part of the top case half.
it does not go all the way to the top of the case like the other one.

ok, here is the mod i was talking about,

the first shows a Black bolt, This is where you drill straight through the
bottom case, then get a Long screw and insert through the bottom (you dont want the nut on the bottom because it will catch on rocks )
then put a nut on top where there used to be a screw.

then you drill from the bottom, using a drill that is for a 4-40 screw through the case's and put a small gold 4-40 nut on the other side it ends up between the motor and case.

This takes the flex out of the case and keeps the gears Meshed..... Knock on wood going on 5 months with no issues.

NP, the one with the black nut you drill through the whole thing
then the other is just through the two cases not all the way to the top of the case
