Default My mantis

Just wanted to share my latest love... The BWD mantis chassis on stock xr10 axles.. fxr x 2, 55 hand turn tekin motors, castle bec, hitec 7955tg, vanquish wheels and weights, pit bull rock beast tires, proline memory foams, aluminum axial shocks with losi gold springs, home made battery mount, inner tube battery protector and Stock xr 10 axles. Man I love this thing. It's unbelievable the places it will go! BWD is to be commended for this amazing chassis! I'll get some action shots up tomorrow!

Thanks limited.... Got pics up. Have about five hours on rig and love it! I removed the second to last spacer and added shims to axle mount on rear to tighten it up.

I also can't say enough about the pit bull rock beast tires. I have outfitted most of my rigs with them since they came out. They hook up better than anything I've ran yet. Chisels, hb, losi, rc4wd. They are better than anything I've ran to date!

Closeup of my battery mount. Simple brass strip... Free man! It holds 3s 1300 parkzone batt firmly with no rubbing. I cover batt with piece of inner tube for protection.
