I need those motors and servo. You can't even see them and the wiring is sooo clean . I'll bet they are really light too.

Nice job! Looks really good.

Thanks bro,I am really happy with how this rig is coming together. When I get everything in and wired I guess ill post it up for the cleanest wiring job.Though some of the other jobs already posted are insane.

I actually preffer the pro line crowd pleaser too,it fits the chassis better and that allows it to sit an inch lower than the parma exciter does. But when you get a lid that Rockthrasher paints you will always overlook that inch.I can't say enough about Jason's paint skills. The guy is just amazing. If you ever think about a custom lid,he's the go to guy for sure..

Wink Building a better sedona

I have always thought that sedonas were pretty good tires when you sipe them, doin that kinda smoothed out the hop and greatly improved traction. But there was room for more improvement ditching the sidelugs to reduce weight, improve clearance, and greatly soften the tire.So anyways I took a wack at it today...

Tools of choice...dremel 300 and reinforced disc,sanding drum,curved scissors

Started with this 10.7oz stock xr wheel with weight ring and Sedona with stock foam

Used my curved scissors and trimmed off as much of the side lugs as I could on both sides of the tire.

Then I got out the dremel with the drum sander and went to work buffing off the rest till I had a nice smooth sidewall on both sides..I also went back with the reinforced cutting disc and siped the rest of the lugs...That mound of rubber is from one tire..

I ended up shaving a half once off each tire...10.2oz final product.
This made a whole new Sedona, wow,I can wait to run them.

Wow, looks time consuming. I wonder if that puts the Sedonas near the weight of Rovers?
