Made some progress on the wifes car. She masked all the zebra stripes herself and did a dang good job Odd thing though, as we were painting it the pink was really bright and popping. About the third coat though it started coming out more and more bright oarnge
I know I shook the can real good from start to finish but somehow the pigments seperated and this is what we ended up with.

Every time I have put black behind a lighter color it has made it do weird things. Normally you would want to paint the darker color first.

Looks good. Wish I could get my wife into crawling......

Thanks, believe it or not the color chaning happened before I even finished with the pink. I guess I should have stopped at three light coats but didnt want to have the black take over any small spots it was too thin. All in all not too bad for my first shell, LOTS of room for improvement though!!

I think it looks great. Got the Bengal tiger theme going now. Hope she can make it out to the comp with you saturday.

I was trying to talk her into to going and told her about the sportsmans class or even just hanging out and messing around. Not sure if she is buying it though. Im still trying to bring my much less attractive buddy though.......guess he will have to do!
