Default Sedonas and Boss Claws

I have been running Sedonas and my son the Boss Claws. I've seen people running Sedonas on the front and BCs on the rear.

Opinions on this setup? Advantages?

I'll be changing over to .7" SLWs with knuckle weights, currently running around 5 lb 10 oz if that helps.

You'd be best served by reporting this in the "tire & wheel" section.

That said it sounds like an unusual combo to me since the Sedoma will exhibit alot of tire hop when combined with high wheelspeed (due to the tall lugs) whereas the BC pin does not show this trait.

Sedonas do typically show more forward bite than most tires. They are also one of the heaviest tires on the market so weight bias could play a part.

We do it in some areas where traction is really high, making rear digs, and some ledge climbs difficult if you have too much traction. The pins help reduce rear grip with the right foam setup.

I have since shyed away from this, preferring to tune foams differently and run all tires the same.

Each tire has a different driving style. I wouldn't think of trying to combine them in such a way. It has to make the truck unpredictable.
