I state in my for sale thread that stock wheels will rub covered mounts.

Depending on how bad it is shaving the inside sidewall of the tire may help.

Where's your castor?

Castor is in the center i was goin to move it back and see what happens, and is it better to have the castor in the back position

Yes all the way back is better, may make rubbing better or worse depending on where it's rubbing, but performance wise you want the castor back.

whoops sorry. just saw you replied to this. i think it was like 120 or 160. nothin to crazy. but at first i used a 80 grit flapper wheel to take the big chunks off. then hit it with the da. it worked so good. looks factory, nice and smooth!

just space your wheels out more. My 725 hubs don't rub on the rowdy battery mount :-)
