Punk will give you front and rear dig but no proportional dig control and only requires one esc. IMO I like the pnk as I have used it before and worked flawlessly. WantAmix does that as well, but will require dual esc. i am not sure if it does proportinal dig though. |

Kinda new to this but when you refer to proportional dig controll are you refering to being able to controll the speed of each motor on the fly?

so if i use a wantamix with dual ecs's i should be able to say underdrive the rear using the mixing function on the dx3c.

iirc the wantamix does the mxing you just need one switch set to 3pos for dig/burn and another set for the proportional steps to underdrive/overdrive each axle

For fun runs, the M2 was OK, never really got it to where it did what any of my Castle ESC's do or even the FX-r's. I would NOT recommend the M2 for a comp rig. As an aside, yes, the WantAmix gives from/rear dig as well as proportional mixing on the fly. Not quite as nice as the hacked GT3B but very close. It's a worthwhile option. | |
