Re: Help assembling switch to a flat head screw, then trim the head to fit without contacting the gear. i just used a dremel and took off some so it cleared |
Re: Help assembling Is it VP with RC4WD gears? If so, grind the screw so that it clears the idle gear. It's pretty common. |
Re: Help assembling Yeah its vp motor plate and rc4wd gears. Thanks everyone for the quick reponses buildin right now didnt count on this bit oh well nothing can be perfect i guess |
Re: Help assembling It's a known issue...no big deal though as the guys above mentioned...just take a little off the head of the button head screw that was included with the motor plate so that the edges of the gear don't rub it. "thumbsup" |
Re: Help assembling Another thing you can do is to countersink the hole so you can use a flat head screw flush to the plate. |
Re: Help assembling well im having a similar problem but i don't know if my block that holds the top shaft is going down all the way?how far does it go down.does anyone have a detailed picture of just the link mount, little block and the bearing for the end of the shaft on only. |
